Living in a world as beautiful and broken as ours often involves unexpected twists and turns. I have come to believe that the courageous work that invites fresh hope and lasting change takes place as we are deeply seen and known in relationships of trust and vulnerability. It is my joy to journey with clients as we consider together how they can make sense of the past and live into the future with greater freedom.
I help clients of all ages manage anxiety, navigate life transitions, employ healthy boundaries, and effectively communicate their needs. Some of my clients feel stuck in the stuff of life. Others are experiencing significant professional, academic, or relational stress. Many come seeking greater coherence in their understanding of their stories and attachment patterns.
I am a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary (M.S., Marriage and Family Therapy) and work at Abundant Life Therapy as a Registered Associate MFT (#135742) under the supervision of Elise Thibodeaux. Prior studies took me to the University of St. Andrews (M.Litt., Theology, Imagination, and the Arts), Rhodes College (B.A., Political Science), and the Trinity Forum Academy.
