Everyone needs support sometimes. I am the support. I sit with you in your challenge/crisis/trauma/exploration and support you through your emotions, needs and goals. I work with anxiety, trauma, depression, relationships, adjustment difficulties and much more. I can offer feedback that will help you move through your difficulties and recover from what has happened to you or around you. I offer support by helping you be intentional about being your genuine and ideal self. I enjoy working with individuals who are 18+ years, families and marriages. I understand that you may be in a vulnerable place right now and you may not even be sure what exactly it is you need. I want to invite you to accept the support and we can go through this healing journey together.
Hope Counseling ServicesI use various approaches for counseling which include Trauma Focused Therapy, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Person-Centered, Strength-Based, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Marriage Therapy. When requested by clients, I will incorporate faith into our counseling experience. God is the main resource we can use to what we need and where we should go at all times in life but especially during times that are challenging.
