I am originally from England and came with my husband to attend Bible school in Dallas, TX some 30 years ago. Upon graduation , I was invited to join the faculty in order to develop a Chaplain Intern Program which the Lord had birthed during my time there as a student. I have many years experience working with people at grass roots in social work and probation (both of these in England) and also foster care and chaplaincy (USA).
I am currently serving primarily from within my local church. In addition to my professional life, I have personally experienced tragic loss as well as other life experiences. I can offer pastoral care to those suffering from anxiety, depression, addictions, grief and loss. I served as an associate pastor for several years as well as hospice chaplain for seven years ministering to those with terminal illness and their families. I officiated many funerals during that time. To sum up, I am available to seek to assist those who are willing to address the challenges of addictions, grief, loss, divorce, marital and terminal illness according to God's word, love and principles.
My qualifications are as follows: Ordained since 1994 Masters Degree in Family Studies BS in Christian Ministries and Psychology. Clinical Pastoral Education (C.P.E.) 5 Units Associates Degree in Theology Certificate Qualified Social Worker (CQSW, England Approved Social Worker (ASW under Mental Health Act 1981, England) Current student with AACC (Biblical Counseling and Psychology)
